Me: (to kid) Are you excited to see G-Force?
Girl: I don't know.
Me: You don't know if you're excited?
Girl: (pause) Is this movie about hamsters or guinea pigs or what?
Me: Guinea pigs, I think.
Girl: (sad face) Okay, good, because my hamster just died.
Me: Well, um, I guess you're safe then.
