Tonight:
Chipotle and Coraline with Rebecca and JD. Awesome.
60 Degrees yesterday, 32 degrees today, snow tomorrow. Missouri is ridiculous.
Has anyone heard the radio single from U2’s new album? It’s called “Get On Your Boots,” and it’s stunningly bad.
Seriously. Read the lyrics.

I’m going to start saving for a DSLR. My regular digi is a Canon and I really enjoy it. My mother’s DSLR is a Sony and that I feel kind of ‘meh’ about It seems like no matter how I set it, something is off.
Since I am more of a newbie to the DSLR, are there any people out there who could suggest a middle of the road (in price) camera that is user friendly?
Merci.

Amazon MP3 Daily Deal: The Weepies - Hideaway →
If you don’t own this album yet—and admittedly, it’s not their best, so I could excuse you there—it’s Amazon’s MP3’s “daily deal.” Normally $7.99 for the album, it’s $1.99 today. $1.99 Would buy a couple singles from the album that are worth having anyway, so why not pick up the whole album for the same price?

I agree. I think it’s stupid to have a “best animated film” category. Then again, best picture takes acting into account—animated films are just voice acting, I suppose. I don’t know.

EVE
Wally…Wally! WALLY!
No response.
He’s gone.
She hovers in silence next to him for a long time…
Finally, Eve grasps Wally’s hand.
Forces his fingers to interlace with hers.
Holds him close one last time.
Leans her head against his.
Hums softly.
EVE

She touches her forehead to his.
Goodbye Wally.

OH DUDE. I can’t even handle the anticipation.
There was some stuff in this clip that I hadn’t seen in previous trailers.
ON WALLY
It’s the closest he’s ever been to Eve. She remains focused on the lighter. Wally stares up at her. …The tiny flame flickering between them… …The Hello Dolly video plays IOTAM in the background… Suddenly, he is moved to express his love. Musters the courage to open his fingers… …Timidly reaches his hand out to hers…

Hugh Jackman can… actually sort of sing. And the intro is pretty decent.
Every time we hear sirens in this town—a very common occurrence, actually… what’s the deal with Warrensburg?—Crash starts howling out back along with the sirens. It’s a combination of endearing and enraging.

Java Junction isn’t open on Saturday afternoons. This is why Erica and I are at McDonalds, using my AT&T logins for wi-fi access and not supporting local business.
This is your fault, Art!

On my way to Jefferson City for the day. See you all tonight.

I need to re-do some privacy settings for undisclosed shitty reasons.
If your old URL was “jessicap.tumblr.com,” then no, it does not automatically forward. If you were wondering whether someone following you would be able to find your new tumblog, then yeah, they can.

He turned, like we all turn, with the seasons, with the wind and sun in his hair, snowflakes on his tongue, the pull of summer. His face turned dark, grew old smiling, laughing, crying. This was where he held hands with his first love. This is where he let go.
I like this a lot.
I’m working on integrating the “notes” feature into my current template. I don’t know very much about CSS, but I have it looking pretty much the way I want it to look.
Also, I added play counts to audio posts. Bear in mind that the play count includes plays from every Tumblog that has the same audio reblogged.
High today in the upper 50s. Come on, let’s get there!
I rented Season 1 of 30 Rock for a quiet night in. Stoked.
I’m going to Jefferson City on Friday, because:
My grandpa is turning 80.
My grandma is being tested for breast cancer.
I’ll be back in Warrensburg on Friday night. Saturday, hopefully, will bring some quality time with Rebecca.
I kind of want to go out today and take pictures, because it’s nice and sunny. I’m just too much of a wimp when it comes to the cold.
Oh man. This week’s Lost was good!
