Evangelical fail. :(
Have as happy a Halloween as I could reasonably expect you to have!
I made a loaf of cinnamon bread today, and a big apple crisp.
Yep. I’m a baking machine.
Roasted pumpkin seeds = delicious snack.
Whoa.
I’ve lost weight.

George Washington University $50,312
New York University $50,182

I have a friend at Sarah Lawrence. She really likes it a lot, and it seems like an incredible school.
I just hope that the $55k/year tuition is worth it for her non-specific liberal arts degree.
Gas is $2.00/gallon here. I heard yesterday that it was $2.50/gallon in St. Louis.
Suckers.

Really, guys. It’s super tacky. Just because you disagree with her—as I do—doesn’t give you the right to say mean things about her, or to call her names. Disagree with her politics all you want, but ad hominem attacks are very unbecoming.

So instead of pancakes, I baked a loaf of cinnamon bread, and we made French toast with it. Tasty.
John came down to visit for the night. Yay!
Rebecca invited me to her small group dinner thing tonight, so I had a tasty free dinner.
Cute girl, that Rebecca.
Also exciting: in 5-and-a-half hours when it’s 9:00 it’ll be time for our Friday morning breakfast thing. She’s a pancake-making champion.

I realized today that I’ve been using the word hermaneutics to mean eschatology. Ouch.
I was laying in bed last night watching a movie, and all of a sudden I saw the silhouette of a spider crawling across the top of my comforter. It was coming for me. I panicked and flicked it off of my bed, and I have no idea where it went. It probably waited until I was asleep and then crawled back up here. Gross.

“A Short Love Story in Stop Motion,” by Carlos Lascano
This is a really beautiful short film. Only three minutes and change in length, and no words.
So, we passed the bailout plan.
Epic fail, America. Epic. Fail.
